Heather McCall

Heather McCall currently serves as the Outreach Manager for the Office of Small & Minority Business Policy at the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT). In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing outreach activities related to MBE/DBE/ACDBE/SBE certifications administered by MDOT.

Before stepping into her current role, Heather held the position of MBE Certification Officer within the Office of Minority Business Enterprise. In this instrumental role, she meticulously assessed and verified the eligibility of businesses seeking MBE/DBE/ACDBE/SBE certification.

Heather's primary objective is to ensure that every small and minority-owned business is well-informed about the opportunities stemming from the certification programs at MDOT. Through her dedication, she aims to educate and empower businesses, facilitating their access to the benefits and resources offered by the certification processes.
